With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tiphaney Doreen Hartmann, our beloved mother, wife, grandmother (Gemma), daughter, and friend. She left this world on February 28, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Tiphaney was born on December 12, 1961, and raised in Monterey, California. She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Simmons, and her brother, Anthony Gregoris. She is survived by her father, Gilbert Gregoris, her devoted husband of 34 years, Eric Hartmann, and their loving children: Chad Hartmann and Jacklynn Hartmann of Shawnee, OK; Kayla Hartmann and Gavin Arab of Hillsboro, OR; and Shaine Hartmann and Charlie Hartmann of Sisters, OR. She was also a cherished grandmother to Kaitlyn, Matthew, Andrew, Liam, Colt, and Remington Hartmann, each of whom brought her immense joy.
Tiphaney’s professional journey was marked by dedication and excellence. She was an Executive Assistant at SmartForest Ventures LLC, where her expertise in project management, office administration, and event planning made her an invaluable asset. Before that, she worked at UXComm and Hines Nurseries, and she spent 18 years in restaurant management in California and Oregon. In 2018, she and her family moved to Oklahoma, where she spent eight years working for Citizen Potawatomi Nation.
Beyond her career, Tiphaney was a woman of many passions. She loved reading, shopping, and, most of all, spending time with her family. Her presence was a light in the lives of those who knew her—a source of warmth, kindness, and unwavering support.
Tiphaney was, and always will be, The Best Mom EVER. Her love knew no bounds, and her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. While we mourn her passing, we also celebrate a life well-lived, full of love, laughter, and treasured moments.
Tiphaney’s wishes were that no service would be held. Instead, to honor Tiphaney’s life, she asked that everyone enjoy a meal and raise a toast to her life.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude for the love and care Choice Hospice gave to Tiphaney in her last days.
Rest easy, Tiphaney. You will always be the heart of our family and the light in our lives.
