Nicole Renee Garvin

Nicole Renee Garvin, 38, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away on October 22, 2024, at St. Francis hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, while comatose as the result of a serious infection with sepsis.

Nicole was born on September 28, 1986, to Duane and Carol Garvin in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After graduating from Westmoore High School, Nicole continued to live in her parents’ care until declining health required her to move into a group home in Wetumka, Oklahoma.

Nicole was predeceased by her grandparents, Bobby G. and Nelda Willeford; grandparents, James L. and Patsy L. Garvin; aunts, Vicky Diane (Garvin) McCall and Shiela (Garvin) Cain. 

Nicole is survived by her parents, J. Duane and Carol Garvin; sister, Allison Tyson and brother-in-law, Clinton Tyson; niece, Caitlin Tyson and nephews, Aiden, Dylan, and Logan Tyson.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at Fairview Cemetery Pavilion, 1400 N. Center Ave., Shawnee, Oklahoma, 74801.
