Marsha Rowley

January 8, 1955 — January 14, 2023

Marsha joined her family in Heaven on January 14, 2023. She was born in Shawnee on January 8, 1955 to John and Helen Morris and graduated from Shawnee High in 1973. She has been a lifelong Church of Christ member and loving wife, mother, and friend.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents John and Helen Morris, brothers Eddie and Bobby, and sister Louise Dixson. She is survived by her loving husband Larry Rowley, son Aaron, son and future daughter-in-law Eric and Megan, beloved dog Karlie, family Thearlene, Emily, Mike Dixson, Nicquel, Nick, Arthur, Gina, Dava, and many wonderful friends.
Marsha retired from Southwestern Bell after 29 years of dedicated service where all four Morris siblings worked and retired. Afterwards she worked at Martin & Associates, Canterbury Voices, and Northridge Church of Christ. She loved spending time with her church family, going on mission trips, helping with church camp, and vacation bible school. Marsha enjoyed traveling including Morris family vacations, going to Paris, and visiting Eureka Springs. She also cherished family game nights and playing cards with friends. She always liked going out to eat at Mexican restaurants, with Hamlin’s in Muskogee being one of her favorites. Marsha cherished her time with the other Morris siblings including looking at all the photographs her brother Bobby took and learning more about her family’s history. Taking Karlie to the dog park was one of her favorite ways to spend a nice afternoon.
A celebration of Marsha’s wonderful life will be held Saturday January 28, 2023 at 11am, at Northridge Church of Christ. All are welcome to attend.
