Amenda Elaine Garza passed away at her home in Shawnee, Oklahoma, on June 28, 2024. She was born in Lamar, Oklahoma, on March 17, 1959, to Hassel Camp and Lavern (Whisenhunt) Camp.
After high school graduation, Amenda worked as a federal meat inspector for several years. Later she opened a pet grooming business, “Smart Choice”, in Shawnee. Mendy loved animals and was famous for bringing home strays.
Amenda was predeceased by her parents, Hassel and Lavern Camp; sister, Bernice Welch; and brothers, Paul Camp and Myron Camp.
Amenda is survived by her husband, Isaac Garza; daughter, Amanda Walker; sister, Bonnie Smart; one niece and numerous nephews; and a host of friends.
